Thank you for shopping with Model Ink Designs. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, custom orders take 3–14 business days to create and ship.

Orders placed after 5pm EST or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free Economy shipping may be available on selected orders during promotional periods and/or as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

Domestic Shipping Only:

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change shipping details once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

Please note that Model Ink Designs, LLC is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit by the carrier. In the event of a shipping issue, please reach out directly to the carrier using your tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this 1-hour grace period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
