Let’s create something custom!

Have an idea for custom T-shirts, party favors, personalized signs, 3D-printed desk decor, or accessories? Send Model Ink Designs a message using the form below.

To help us review your request, please include:

• The item you’d like and the quantity
• Your theme, colors, and personalization details
• Your needed-by date
• Your delivery ZIP code
• Your budget, if you have one

We’ll follow up to discuss the details, availability, and pricing before you place your order. Submitting a request does not place an order or reserve a delivery date.

Custom order current timeframe is 3–14 business days to create and ship. Carrier transit time is additional, so please include your event date when requesting a quote.

Asking about an existing order? Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
